i would like to grab this opprtunity to say thank you to CIBAC partylist for the chnace that they give to us to pursue our dreams...
by the way im donnavelle mantos, a scholar of CIBAC for almost 3 years and i will be graduating this coming march...
im really honores to be part of the scholarship bec. it does not help me finnancially but it also helps me in my spiritual aspects.... it helps me to become closer to god and have that healthy inside out relationship with god,,,
being in this scholarship is really a pleasure... no words can express my happiness to part in this scholarship...god bless you all...and i will still give my dedication to CIBAC even my family and my relatives who also help me in promoting CIBAC last election...
