The Citizens Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) Party List recently brought hope and joy to the faces of 30 indigent families of Paniqui by giving them financial support in a simple ceremony held at the ABC Hall within the municipal hall compound.

CIBAC, as represented by Rep. Joel Villanueva in the Congress, was represented by Pastor Romy Daileg. The indigents were chosen by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office being headed by Mrs. Sylvia D. Soriano.

Also present during the affair were Mayor Miguel Rivilla who was very thankful to CIBAC for choosing the town of Paniqui as one of its many beneficiaries.

Each indigent received cash in an envelope to augment their daily needs. Discuss this article on the forums. (0 posts)
