On the President’s silence on high-profile cases of corruption

How much of the P3B (anti-graft fund) went to the investigation of the ZTE scandal? If you talk about corruption, people want to hear about corruption in high places. Not just corruption in the barangay level. They are looking for the big fish that will be caught by the Ombudsman. It’s very disappointing.
